Our lubricant blenders are designed with a vertical mixing vessel made from Mild Steel IS 2062. The open-top configuration and partially dished bottom facilitate effective blending. A hinged top lid allows for convenient access to the vessel, while a ball valve and sample valve improve operational ease. The main blender is encased in an MS Jacket, featuring inlet, outlet, drain, and vent fittings for precise temperature management. Additionally, the blender is mounted on load cells to support automation and PLC operation, ensuring accurate blending. Temperature probes with appropriate fittings further enhance operational efficiency.

The drive system consists of a durable assembly that includes an electric motor linked to a heavy-duty gearbox via couplings. The output shaft of the gearbox is connected to a stool housing equipped with bearings, oil seals, and gland packings, which guarantees efficient and dependable performance. This complete drive assembly is firmly attached to a robust frame structure, ensuring both stability and durability. A flat hinged top cover is bolted to the main shell, allowing for convenient access to charge base oils, manage recirculation, and load solids through a manhole cover.

The design incorporates a shell jacket to ensure an effective cooling system throughout the blending process. This kettle is built to endure temperatures reaching 200˚C, allowing for a wide range of blending uses. Additionally, it features rock wool insulation and is covered with GI sheets to improve thermal efficiency.
